In this workshop we shall examine the way art and creative tools can enhance the process of psychotherapy. What we generally call ART is a human experience that is universal. Working with art media and other creative tools such as music and movement, provide both the therapist and the client with ways to develop awareness beyond the traditional verbal focus of intervention and at the same time experience enjoyment, fun and a greater sense of well-being. We will pay attention to the creative process as a symbolic expression in the shape of colors, movement, music etc as this has a deep therapeutic value and is self-regulating.
